In our Team and Conditioing Strength Training we push athletes hard through a workout containing a variety of different movements that help them become better humans in our every day lives.
Our programming is designed to build strength and conditioning through widely varied and challenging workouts.
Each day the workout will train a different part of our bodies to become stronger.

We host Golden Ball Academy,  Nansmond River High School Track, Ignite Softball, AAU Track, Bennett’s Creek Cheerleading, and Bennett’s Creek Football.
