He has been trained to use Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization techniques (IASTM) which helps to locate and address soft tissue dysfunction throughout the body. Currently, Dr. Josh is also engaged in a fellowship program with the Chiropractic Hands and Foot Clinics of America (CHFA) which allows him to effectively treat a variety of musculoskeletal hand and foot conditions that affect seasoned athletes as well as the occasional weekend warrior.
Dr. Josh has also participated in numerous sports over the years including Sprint Triathlons, Half-marathons, snowboarding, Lacrosse, and Ice Hockey. He is also currently active with strength training, kettlebells, CrossFit, and Olympic Lifting. Dr. Josh is constantly reading and researching the latest techniques in the chiropractic field and attends seminars to deepen his knowledge and improve his management and quality of patient care.
